This article explores the transformative potential of fly ash within the construction sector, focusing on its role in an innovative methodology for enhancing concrete durability. Integrating fly ash as a supplementary cementitious material (SCM) offers multi-faceted advantages in concrete production technology. The utilization of this industrial byproduct yields the following outcomes: а significant upgrade in the physico-mechanical and operational characteristics of concrete structures; а marked reduction in manufacturing expenses by decreasing the reliance on primary binders; мitigation of environmental impact through the effective recycling of coal industry waste. A systematic analysis of fly ash properties, combined with extensive practical application, paves the way for the development of resilient and sustainable construction materials.
