This article discusses the issue of assessing the quality of passenger transport services in the city of Dushanbe. To determine the level of citizens' satisfaction with transport services, the authors used the concordance coefficient method as an analysis tool. By collecting data from an expert group and analysis, it is possible to show which aspects of the service more or less meet the needs of users. The results of the study can contribute to improving the quality of service and making effective management decisions in the field of passenger transport.
