Annotation:
This study focuses on ensuring the energy efficiency of cellular infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan. Given the complex mountainous terrain, frequent disruptions in central power supply, and high levels of solar insolation, the authors conduct a systematic analysis of the integration of solar power plants (SPP) into hybrid power supply schemes for base stations. The article presents an efficiency analysis of combining solar panels, energy storage systems, and diesel generators as the most robust solution for high-altitude regions characterized by seasonal fluctuations in energy generation. Reliability assessment criteria and a methodology for territorial zoning have been developed to facilitate the selection of optimal configurations.
