Annotation:

The article notes that the energy efficiency classification of civil buildings, along with other types of buildings constructed in the country, is still determined at the initial stage of design, while at the second stage of the construction process, attention is paid to the compliance of design, volumetric, and structural solutions with the approved project, and actual operational indicators are compared with normative and theoretical ones. At the same time, it is noted that the climatic and natural conditions of the construction site are one of the key factors that directly affect architectural and construction solutions, as well as the level of energy consumption by buildings and structures.
