Annotation:
A new method for expert diagnosis of the technical condition of electrical equipment is proposed, based on an analytical hierarchical process and fuzzy logic. It has been proven that, based on certain symptoms and pairwise comparisons of expert assessments, it is possible to make a plausible prediction about the causes of failures and malfunctions in power equipment.
