The article presents a general characterization of the failure rate of 6–10 kV power transmission lines at several substations of the Branch of JSC “Distribution Electric Networks” in the city of Kulob. The study includes a statistical analysis of failures, identification of specific features of local operating conditions of electrical installations, and an analysis of emergency outages on
selected outgoing feeders by seasons. The results demonstrate that the highest number of emergency outages occurs during the winter period, which is associated with an increased electrical load on the components of the power supply system. Furthermore, detailed data are provided for each outgoing feeder under consideration, including their total number, and measures aimed at
restoring the normal operating conditions of the power supply system are discussed. It should be emphasized that the analysis is based on reliable data obtained from official operational logs that are bound, numbered, and certified by the signatures of responsible officials and the official seal of the organization.
