Annotation:

The article discusses the issues of economic efficiency and environmental benefits, the use of cold asphalt concrete in road construction in the Republic of Tajikistan.  The experience of using cold asphalt concrete in Tajikistan is also considered, with an emphasis on local materials, climate and economic factors. The possibilities of reducing the cost of construction, reducing energy consumption and reducing harmful emissions through the use of modern technologies and the use of local raw materials are shown.
