Annotation:
The article assesses the possibility of constructing a gravity-based accumulating power station (GAPS), optimally combining the advantages of solid-state and helio storage stations. The gravity effect of energy accumulation is enhanced by the use of the weight of battery units, a synchronous machine, gear mechanisms, metal structures, solar panels, and associated electrical equipment. The modes of lifting and lowering the platform are analyzed. The relevance of this approach in the natural-climatic conditions of the Republic of Tajikistan and the potential spread of this approach to other hydroelectric power stations are emphasized.
Keywords: Gravity accumulating power station (GAPS), synchronous machine, gear mechanism, battery unit, solar panel.
